For eeproperty's 10th anniversary, their building management solutions get a new look: the Shareman range (Wash, Shine, Charge) and its product website, designed by us. WordPress, Gutenberg, SEO and multilingual support — ready to conquer German-speaking Switzerland.
Before the project began, substantial work on the brand platform and branding had already been completed. Good news for us: this rich material let us go straight to the essentials. Information architecture, user journeys, interaction design — everything was designed to turn every visit into a conversion opportunity. Every design decision builds on the brand's foundations to create a coherent, fluid and compelling experience.
Three products, three landing pages, one ambition: to convince
Shareman today offers three distinct products:
🧺 SharemanWash — smart management of laundry spaces
⚡ SharemanCharge — electric vehicle charging
☀️ SharemanShine — solar energy monitoring and billing
Each one gets its own conversion-focused landing page, designed to speak directly to the right people, at the right time, with the right arguments. No generic pages, no compromises — every product deserves its own showcase.
A Solid, Scalable Technical Foundation
Under the hood, we chose a WordPress build on the Roots/Bedrock stack — a modern approach to the CMS that guarantees robustness, maintainability and security. Content is structured through custom Gutenberg components, giving the Shareman team real editorial autonomy without ever sacrificing design integrity.
But what really matters to us in this technical choice is scalability. eeproperty is an innovative, fast-growing company — and the website for their Shareman solution ecosystem is designed to reflect that. The architecture makes it as simple as possible to add new products as the company develops further down the line.
A CRM Connection
Contact requests, appointment bookings and specific enquiries are automatically connected to the company's CRM. This also makes it possible to track the site's performance KPIs.
Animations That Make the Difference
We don't add animations just for the sake of it. Here, every micro-interaction was carefully crafted to reinforce understanding, guide attention and give the experience depth. It's this level of attention to detail that sets apart a site you merely look at from one you actually feel.
A Deadline Like No Other: Shareman's 10th Anniversary
This project didn't have an ordinary deadline. The site had to be ready for the company's 10th anniversary — a landmark event that served as the stage for revealing Shareman's new visual identity and strategy. There was no room to miss the entrance. This deadline set the pace for the whole project, pushing us to stay rigorous, responsive and aligned with the client at every step. The result: a launch with a bang, worthy of the occasion.
A Renewed Partnership with eeproperty
eeproperty once again placed their trust in us for a web project of major importance: designing and building the Shareman product website, their platform of automated solutions for managing shared spaces in residential and commercial buildings. A project we tackled with enthusiasm, and for good reason — the groundwork had already been well laid.
A big thank you to the whole eeproperty team for this collaboration. Their involvement, their trust and their clear vision were essential ingredients in the project's success. This is exactly the kind of partnership that makes us want to push ourselves further.
A Relationship Built to Last
Our collaboration with eeproperty didn't start with Shareman.com. We initially worked together on the early stages of the Shareman app, particularly SharemanWash, on a mandate focused on UX/UI. That mission was a success, establishing a relationship of trust. So it was only natural that eeproperty came back to us for this project, this time with a focus on marketing and conversion. What really resonates with us in this kind of shared journey is the opportunity to support a client across the full breadth of our expertise over the years: from user experience all the way to digital strategy.

SEO and the Blog: A Weapon for Growing Beyond the Röstigraben
A beautiful website is great. A beautiful website you can actually find on Google is better. Shareman had a clear ambition: to expand beyond French-speaking Switzerland and win over the German-speaking market. So we built in a solid SEO strategy from the design phase onward, with a content architecture built for search engines as much as for people.
The blog plays a central role in this strategy: it lets Shareman share its achievements, announce new clients and demonstrate its expertise over time. It's a long-term organic visibility lever — and a powerful tool for building credibility in new markets.
A Website That Truly Speaks Several Languages
To support this expansion, the site is fully multilingual. Language management was carefully thought through, both technically and editorially, to ensure that every version — French, German, and beyond — offers an equivalent experience in quality and consistency. No rough translation bolted on at the last minute: each language is a genuine journey in its own right.
“ I've known Antistatique and the quality of their work for many years now. With them, you don't just come looking for digital expertise. You find people who are able to quickly grasp the issues at stake, challenge ideas, and move the project forward with rigor and intelligence. On shareman.com, they were true sparring partners: present, transparent, full of proposals, and always attentive to technical and business realities. They managed the brand ecosystem dimension skillfully, without diluting the coherence or the specifics of our offering. I particularly appreciate their ability to think outside the box when it genuinely adds value, as well as the wisdom to come back to the fundamentals that have proven themselves. And what also matters a lot to me is that behind the quality of the work, there's a committed, genuine team, with whom exchanges remain simple, direct, and always very pleasant. ”
