Sharing the adventure
An adventure takes on its full meaning when you share it. When it's shared, but especially when it's shared with others. Antistatique exists and belongs to the people who put their trust in us. The people who work here, our partners, the people and organisations we work for all contribute to our success. The partners are those who actively wish to perpetuate our vision over the long term. Alberto, Gilles and I are extremely lucky to have succeeded in attracting and retaining talented people with the same passions and values who are keen to become partners in this vision. This article gives you an insight into these new changes and allows us to express our gratitude to past and future partners.
All the best dear Guillaume Berry
In 2014, Guillaume joined our team as a designer, bringing with him his talent and creativity. Over the years, he has made a name for himself and became a partner in 2018, taking charge of the design business within our organisation. His expertise in information architecture, system design, typography and presentation make him one of the best interaction designers we know, with a rich palette of skills.
For four years, Guillaume led the design team, contributing to its evolution and success. We are deeply saddened by his departure, but our friendship with him goes beyond his role as partner. We know that Guillaume is destined for new adventures and we wish him all the best for the future. We'll have fond memories of his time with us, and we're grateful for everything he's contributed to our agency.
We wish him all the best for the future! He will of course remain our official supplier of Breton caramels and Friday jokes.
New partners: Noémie Sandoz and Yann Lugrin
Committed and authentic Noémie, a real pillar of the agency, started working at Antistatique almost 10 years ago. As a specialist in information architecture and user research, she has made a major contribution to the development of our agency through her work on large-scale projects. Always putting the user experience at the heart of our decisions, she brings essential expertise to bear on imagining and creating relevant solutions for our customers. Now at the head of the design team, Noémie takes a keen interest in the happiness and development of each member of her team. So many reasons why we asked her to become a partner.
Yann joined our team over 4 years ago, but our shared history goes back much further. We've had the opportunity to work with him in the past as a partner, client or during fabulous start-up weekends. His expertise in technical strategy has always been an asset to our agency. His commitment, loyalty and active participation in strategic changes convinced us to invite him to join the agency's shareholding structure. Phoenix's Technical Director (one of the 2 teams of developers) and HR Director are the two roles that Yann fulfils with brio. More than 20 years' experience in web development and the creation of the start-up Yalty (HR application) make him the ideal candidate for these two roles.
We're delighted to welcome them as new shareholders. Their expertise and commitment to our shared vision of what the agency should become are invaluable. Together, we look forward to making the necessary changes to continue to innovate and deliver quality solutions to our customers. Their inclusion in the agency's shareholding is recognition of their contribution and proof of our confidence in their ability to continue to play a key role in our collective adventure.
The rest of the story
Already 15 years old this year, but we're only at the beginning of the story. These recent changes have given us the opportunity to reflect together on our positioning, our mission and what we want to bring to the web and digital landscape in French-speaking Switzerland. We'll be sure to tell you all about it on our blog, as usual.
