Privalia is an independent Geneva-based real estate firm operating in the residential and luxury segments. We designed their new website to reflect the ambition of an agency that embodies excellence, high standards, and the Geneva art of living—while providing a property search platform worthy of its local and international clientele.

The objectives of the website redesign

  • To reinforce Privalia Immobilier’s premium positioning and reflect its values online: independence, excellence, and the art of living.
  • To offer a smooth property search experience tailored to a discerning Geneva-based and international clientele.
  • To highlight the Prestige division and the exclusive partnership with Hamptons International.
  • To integrate an editorial magazine to strengthen the brand image beyond real estate transactions.

    A local, international and demanding clientele

    The website is aimed at Swiss and international clients, investors, expatriates, and owners wishing to sell with full discretion.
    Particular attention has been paid to bilingual French–English navigation and to the clarity of user journeys, regardless of user profile.

    An aesthetic in service of prestige

    The design is rooted in Privalia’s brand identity, both understated and confident.
    We developed a refined and elegant visual language based on Privalia Immobilier’s new visual identity: serif typography, a palette of warm and neutral tones, full-bleed architectural photography, and generous spacing.
    Each property is presented as an editorial piece, with particular attention paid to information hierarchy and the clarity of property listings—on both desktop and mobile.

    A robust and scalable infrastructure

    The website is built on a fully custom WordPress CMS platform, with dedicated content types for property listings, new developments, and the magazine. A multi-environment architecture (staging / production) ensures controlled deployments and long-term scalability.
    The integration of the Hamptons International partnership is natively supported, with the possibility of future synchronization of international listings and direct access to the global network from the Geneva platform.

    A website that reflects the ambition of an independent real estate firm

    This project was an opportunity to work closely with Privalia’s teams to digitally translate a strong vision: that of an agency that rejects market standards and embraces real estate as an art form.
    The result is a website that is both a high-performing sales tool and a distinctive communication piece, consistent with the brand image Privalia has built since its inception.
