  • Web accessibility (dev)
Bénévolat Vaud commissioned Antistatique to review the structure and content architecture of its website, improve its visual identity and redesign its logo, as well as propose a more suitable CMS for their management.
The objectives of this redesign are:
  1. Provide a structure that accommodates various types of content
  2. Direct each audience to the necessary information
  3. Facilitate registration for training sessions and room reservations

    Issue

Therefore, the website must address multiple demands, which has been a real challenge in organizing the content so that each audience can easily find the desired information.
There is also a platform that acts as an intermediary between volunteers and those in need of volunteers. The website needs to direct people to this platform when necessary.

    Key Features

    Registering for a training session
Bénévolat-Vaud offers various training sessions for volunteers, associations, and support group members. The goal of the website is to list these sessions, provide filtering options to find the most suitable ones, and facilitate registration.
    Access the knowledge base
Bénévolat-Vaud possesses highly valuable and useful content for anyone interested in volunteering (whether as a volunteer or as an association). Users can learn how to create an association, engage volunteers or employees, manage finances, and more. This content needs to be structured and accessible.
    Room reservation
The association provides several rooms for use by associations and volunteers, which can be booked for different time slots (day, evening, weekend). Managing these reservations was cumbersome, and the goal is to simplify this process by automating it as much as possible.

    Conclusion

We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project in close collaboration with the Bénévolat-Vaud team. Having such dedicated clients motivates us tremendously, and we were able to tackle exciting challenges in organizing content, visual identity, and development.
