A tailor-made solution
OK Logements is a Lausanne-based real estate institution. Managing a property portfolio of over 150 properties and welcoming thousands of clients since 1984, OK Logements is a leader in furnished housing.
The goal of this project is to create a modern, easy-to-access, web-based platform that will enhance the value of properties available for rent. We have optimised the conversion path to the most efficient for an international audience.
Adapted technology at the service of the project
For more speed and flexibility, we have chosen to build this site with GatsbyJS.
A simplification of access to the property adapted to a public that is more interested in the capacity of the property than in the specific street situation.
Once the new website is launched, the project starts
On this solid basis, the next step is the implementation of a digital strategy in several markets in order to increase the occupancy rate.
